These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShipX Worldwide website, customer account, and logistics services. By creating an account, submitting a shipment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
ShipX Worldwide provides freight forwarding, consolidation, warehousing, customs brokerage, and related logistics services. Services may include:
- Assignment of a US warehouse address for online shopping and mail receipt in Miami, Florida
- Ocean and air freight from the United States to the Bahamas and other supported destinations
- Package receiving, repackaging, consolidation, and forwarding
- Customs clearance assistance and delivery coordination

Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account, shipment, and customs declaration information
- Ensure shipped goods comply with applicable import, export, and prohibited-item laws
- Pay applicable freight, handling, customs duties, taxes, and ancillary fees on time
- Respond promptly to requests for documentation required for clearance or delivery

Prohibited Items
You may not ship illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items. ShipX reserves the right to refuse, hold, return, or dispose of non-compliant cargo in accordance with law and our internal policies.

Pricing and Payment
Quoted rates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, inspection results, customs assessments, storage, and additional services requested. Payment is due according to the terms presented at booking or invoice.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as set forth in applicable tariffs, bills of lading, service agreements, or governing transport regulations, unless additional insurance is purchased.

Claims
Any claim for loss or damage must be reported promptly in writing with supporting documentation. Failure to notify ShipX within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or misuse of services.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory transport or customs regulations apply.

Changes to Terms
ShipX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
